House League
For some individuals, House League is an entry point into the sport. For others, it is the perfect fit and exactly where they want to stay. House League is a competitive, yet fun and friendly environment. The best place to find a House League program is at your local basketball club.
Most House League programs offer a combination of skill development, followed by games or a competitive league structure whereby teams play against each other. Some programs will offer training during the week and a game on the weekend, while other programs may offer training and a game during the same session. Some House League programs provide paid referees to officiate the games.

Most House League programs begin at the U10 age and continue through to high school age. Some players will start with House League and then progress into a Rep program, if they want to play at a higher level and intensity.

There is a fee to participate in House League which usually includes a reversible jersey, a basketball, and a medallion (or some other participation acknowledgement). Click here to find a club near you.
