JUEL of Ontario is an independent basketball league run by the CBA (Canadian Basketball Alliance).  JUEL provides opportunities for female athletes from grade 8 to 12 to play their way to the next level.  JUEL is made up of 12 regional teams and offers a league for JUEL Prep (grades 8-10) and JUEL (grades 11 and 12).

JUEL of Ontario is a highly competitive league with games scheduled on weekends from December to May throughout the province, along with regularly scheduled practices.  The JUEL season ends with a final tournament in mid-May.
